We traveled from CURE Uganda in Mbale to nearby Gulu for the recognition of World Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Day (October 25, 2018). It began with a parade through the town of Gulu.

We estimate that CURE Uganda treats about 20 percent of the country's total hydrocephalus and spina bifida cases.
