CURE International's Week in Photos: A collection of moments captured throughout the CURE network this past week.
Our storytellers do an amazing job capturing the ins and outs of life in our hospitals. Our cover photo this week is of Betty, mom to baby Janet, who was born with spina bifida. Can you imagine how hard it must be to hand your tiny baby over to a surgeon? Janet's surgery went well, and she was discharged two days ago.
Enjoy these beautiful photos: each one, as they say, is worth a thousand words. Lots of kids cheesed it for the camera this week. We also get a peek at a CURE staff ministering to Cyclone Idai victims in Malawi, a gorgeous shot of the May flowers and the immaculate grounds at CURE Zambia, a spiritual staff member having as much fun on the swings as the kids, and lots and lots of little souls giving us their best smiles, contemplative expressions and at least one stuck-out tongue. (God bless 'em all!)
